The Temagami Outfitting Company is located on the waterfront in the village of Temagami, in the True North of Northern Ontario Canada. The Company was established nearly a century ago and is the only Outfitter with its main base in town. Over the years, it has become a rendezvous point for canoeists and adventurers paddling through the region, many of whom have traveled from all over the world to experience this pristine wilderness.

Dedicated to serving people and the environment, we offer wilderness vacation packages, programs, guided trips, and instruction for individuals, friends and families. Bring new inspiration to your life by allowing us to use our years of experience to custom design an experiential learning adventure for you and the members of your school group or organization. Our dedicated outfitters and guide staff have paddled and portaged extensively throughout this magical region and bring energy and expertise, along with a cheerful attitude and desire to bring you a world class adventure.

The Temagami Outfitting Company is home to a competitively priced retail expedition store stocked with a select line of fantastic equipment and trademark clothing. Our outstanding outfitting services include the very best canoes and equipment, route consultation, and van and boat shuttle services. The area’s only fly in service is our neighbor- the bush plane is tied up next to our docks.
